The residential units will be diversified. The plan is to have 68 bachelor unit, 117 units with 1 bedroom, 64 units with 2 bedrooms and 27 units with 3 bedrooms. There will also be an underground parking space for vehicles and bicycles. The majority will be for the residents, and there will be some for visitors as well. This project has already gathered much attention, especially because of its great location. It will be worth keeping track of its progress especially once the demolition phase is completed.
