The development will replace two existing rows of two-storey townhouses with two 25-storey rental towers designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects. Joining an already dense cluster of tower-in-the-park apartment blocks, the proponents are looking to densify their site and take full advantage of its proximity to the TTC and High Park. Two 20-storey 1960s slab apartment buildings currently exist on the northwest and southeast corners of the lot, which will remain untouched. The new towers will be located in the northeast and southwest corners of the site, where there currently exists townhouses comprising a total of 16 units.

The two 25-storey towers will rise beside five-storey podiums with townhouse units on the ground level. The towers will add a combined 530 new rental units to the site, bringing the total to 1,188 units on the property and nearly doubling the residential GFA from 45,500 square metres to over 81,000 square metres. The new boxy design will contrast with the surrounding 1960s architecture, and bring some visual interest to the Modernist apartment complex.

The units will come in a variety of sizes ranging from bachelors to 3+ bedrooms, the majority of which will be 1- or 2-bedroom units. No new retail spaces are planned for the development, but some new amenity spaces will be provided.
