King Portland Centre a 50/50 joint venture between Allied Properties and RioCan REIT. Located at the corner of King & Portland Streets, this project will create a true mixed-use office, retail, and residential complex. In the heart of the dynamic neighborhood of shops, restaurants, and boutique residential condos, 602-320 King Street will provide up to 220,000 sf of state of the art office space, 110,000 sf of new residential space and 20,000 sf of retail space.
