The Poet Condos is a new pre-construction condos project located at 1285 Queen street East , In Toronto, Queen Street East and Greenwood Ave. Develop by Fieldgate Homes. The Poet Condos will have 6-storey mixed-use tower total 67 residential units.

The Poet Condos The proposal from Fieldgate Urban aims to replace the existing retail location with a mid-rise condominium development. Featuring a design by TACT Architecture, the six-storey building—proposed at just over 79 feet tall—will incorporate a stepped-back massing for the top levels that keeps the the new building from overwhelming to its lower-rise neighbours.

The Poet Condos Have 68 other condominium suites will be found on levels 2 through 6, and will consist of 48 one-bedroom and one-bedroom + den units (67% of total), 19 two-bedroom and two-bedroom+den units (26% of total), and 5 three-bedroom units (7% of total). The roof of the 6th floor will house a 208 m² outdoor amenity space, as well as the service entrance for a recessed mechanical penthouse and elevator overrun.

The Poet Condos would be served by a single-storey underground parking garage, accommodating a total of 41 spots. 73 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided for residents, divided between 65 long-term and 8 short-term spaces. These will be housed partially on the P1 level of the garage, with the rest on the second level above-ground.
