Kaleido Developments is a family operated company founded in 2014. Our mission is to rejuvenate neighborhoods by constructing unique commercial developments and residential spaces within the Greater Toronto Area. Our combined experience in construction and carefully selected partner collaborations for each project ensure that we deliver a quality product to consumers. We build not for the way people have lived but for how they will live in the future.

Kaleido collaborates with established, reputable partners with proven experience and success in site consultation, marketing, construction, environmental, property management and project sales. The company has completed several key projects such as Kingsgate Plaza in Schomberg, Olde Towns Village in Brampton and University Heights in North York. Currently, we own numerous projects around the GTA that are currently in various stages of zoning and site plan approval.
