Making sure their projects are efficiently built, and that costs remain feasible, Distrikt employs systematic scheduling, collaborative emphasis and attention to detail & quality to ensure their development meet the highest possible standards.
A trustworthy firm, Distrikt believes in dreaming big. Their condominium projects and townhomes feature large, expansive spaces that make residents feel free, open and creative. And since these projects have these large, expansive spaces, Distrikt strives to ensure that their projects are both functional and beautiful, but also are built-to-last. This is why they make sure to build with the highest-quality materials, and pay attention to the little details that truly make a home secure, and long-lasting.
Always finishing projects on-time, and under-budget, Distrikt works hard to make sure that their developments fit a wide-array of demographics, from young professionals to families looking to put down roots, everyone can find that a Distrikt development works for them, thanks to the comprehensive approach to community-planning and amenity construction.
Primarily building in Toronto, but also recently expanding into Oakville and elsewhere in the GTA, Distrikt is building a reputation for finishing projects on time and within budget in order to lighten the burden placed on new buyers. This can also be seen in their custom home branch – M.A. Homes. With this other wing of the business, they follow the same approach and have been met with great success.
Investors should keep eyes on every project by this relatively young developer, as their work ethic and commitment to both dreaming big, and finishing projects responsibly is garnering them a reputation as one of the GTA’s most trustworthy developers.
Now is the perfect time to start looking at homes in Oakville. More and more people are flocking to the region as Toronto continues to expand. People are looking for an easily accessible place to live that’s just outside of the downtown core, yet still a destination unto itself.
In 2016, the census found that Oakville’s population was 193,832 residents, and expected that the community would increase in size, likely to about 250K by 2031. This kind of growth actually surpasses Toronto with over a 6% increase. This means more and more development is inbound for the charming city, from condos to master-planned communities and it means the return on investment opportunity is huge.
The focus will continue to be on improving sustainability, and increasing density, meaning that projects will be built to last, and will, therefore, increase property values more quickly and efficiently than some other projects. The current price of pre-construction condos sits within the $400K range, which is relatively affordable but also is expected to rise as Oakville continues to density.
With so many reasons to live in Oakville, it’s easy to see why the town is in such high demand, and as this population influx continues to play out, investors would be wise to get in on the action before it’s too late!
