Designed by IBI Group, the proposal includes 113 condominium units, a 1,950 m², 26-suite hotel, and 1,020 m² of retail units, adding up to a total of 26,000 m² of gross floor area. The project would primarily rise nine storeys, with a 10th level housing a mix of residential, mechanical, and amenity space.

The 94 condo units are proposed in a unique mix of 52 two-bedrooms and 61 three-bedrooms, with no one-bedroom nor studio suites. Residents would have access to 226 m² of indoor amenity area and 226 m² of outdoor amenity area. The outdoor amenity area would include communal outdoor landscaped decks on the 2nd floor and the 9th floor.

3.Transportation Options

Glen Hill is in a singularly convenient part of Toronto. With a respectable 62 out of 100 Walk Score, many amenities and resources are within a short walking distance. Meanwhile, Glen Hill scores much higher in Transit Score with a very solid 72 out of 100. This is in large part due to its connection to the TTC merely down the street, residents will have access to the entire city.

Residents need merely walk 13 minutes west to the Glencairn subway station. From there, head south to Union Station. Or, head North to Yorkdale GO station, making travel across the GTA seamless and easy. Also Glen Hill will be very close to the upcoming Forest Hill Station along the Eglinton LRT. This will provide excellent transit east-west for residents of Glen Hill. 

From the TTC, residents The UP Express Train connects Union to Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, the GO Transit infrastructure runs commuter rail lines across the entire GTA and beyond, and VIA Rail provides intercity transit along the Quebec-Windsor Corridor, the most populous region in all of Canada. 

Further, drivers will find being so close to the Allen Expressway a convenient way to travel across, or even outside of the city.
