Nobu Condos will be developed by Madison Homes, with a design entrusted to Teeple Architects. The u-shaped building will comprise a total of 49 storeys. Nobu Condos will include 718 condo suites and a hotel with 102 rooms. There will be a 15000 sq. ft. restaurant which will also include a number of private dining rooms, a signature bar lounge and outdoor seating.
Nobu Residences will be replacing the former Pilkington Glass Factory. The architects have suggested integrating the brick facade into the new frontage, and one can expect a very innovative architectural structure, which will be nicely designed within as well.
