King Charlotte Condos is a new pre-construction condo project located at 11 Charlotte St in Toronto,Will be developed by Niche Development, Lamb Development Corp. and Fortress Real Developments.

This new condo project has 32 storeys with a total of 232 units, consisting of 232 residential units, ground floor retail, 73 parking spaces, one car share parking space, as well as 200 bike spaces.

The project estimated complete date is 2015.

King Charlotte’s architecture is based on a series of designed boxes, all of different types and sizes.The boxes stack upon each other, and not necessarily in a fashion that one might initially imagine. The retail box protrudes from the podium box, the tower box appears to teeter and overhang the podium box, and the oversized rooftop amenity box actually does overhang the tower box.
