Tango 2 Condos

Tango 2 condos is a new condo project located at Esther Shiner Blvd & Provost Dr in Toronto. Will be developed by Concord Adex.

This new condo project has 20 storeys.The estimated completion year is 2014.

Following on the success of Tango Condos, Concord Adex launched its sister tower, Tango 2. This 20 storey tower offers condo suites starting at around $265,000 with unit sizes ranging from 542 ft² to 995 ft². Excavation is currently underway, and as you will see below has is currently dealing with some water issues, a common occurence in the Toronto condo construction story.

Residents of Tango 2 condos can expect some unique amenities like an eighth floor rooftop terrace, the ability to upgrade any kitchen to feature sliding glass panels—transforming an open concept kitchen into an enclosed space—and even a regular shuttle service that transports residents to the subway during rush hours or to nearby Bayview Village and Fairview Mall during off peak hours.
