Along with plenty of restaurants/eateries, and a branch of the Toronto Public Library, residents will be able to complete many of their errands with just a five minute walk.
Also nearby are a number of schools including Albert Campbell Collegiate Institute, Francis Libermann Catholic Highschool, Brimwood Boulevard Junior Public School and Agincourt Learning. These units will range from one bedroom all the way up to three bedroom plus den units. The buildings themselves will range from 12 to 38-storeys. The first phase of development will be two towers connected by a 6-storey podium section in the south-west corner of the development.
This development is looking to act as a mixed-use complex, which will feature 44,000 square-feet of retail space, and 68,000 square-feet of office space. The ground levels of the complex will feature tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly streets with restaurants, services and shops, fountains and bench seating. Designed by Graziani and Corazza Architects, the complex is expected to have ivory-coloured panelling and light grey stone.

Scarborough is directly connected to the rest of Toronto by the world-class TTC transit system. Along with extensive bus line grids, Scarborough is at the eastern terminus of Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, with stations Victoria Park, Warden, and Kennedy. Further, Line 3 Scarborough continues on throughout the borough, running north and east towards Scarborough City Centre which is only 8 minutes drive from Woodside Centre. A new Light Rail Transit line is currently in construction, with plans for connections to Kennedy Station. With many bus lines and stops nearby along Lawrence avenue, transit in the area will be easy, since connections to TTC stops will be relatively simple.
Commuters looking for other options will be pleased to know that like most other communities within the GTA, Woodside Centre is well-connected by the GO Transit lines. Both Agincourt GO station, and Milliken GO Station are both within ten minutes drive from Woodside Centre. This means that commutes into the city will be simple.
Highway 401 is just about a six minute drive south, and making quick commutes by vehicle.

Scarborough is a dynamic area, with a wide array of communities and investment opportunities. Most of the recent development has occurred near the Scarborough Town Centre, as this area becomes more and more connected with the rest of the GTA through it’s dedicated TTC line and other infrastructure projects.
As a result, the entire area has sprung up with new developments, condominiums and master-planned communities. When you combine that with the area’s natural greenspaces, it’s parks, beaches, and ravines, and Scarborough becomes an increasingly attractive area for investors.
The location of this development really adds to it’s investment allure. Scarborough Town Centre is only 8 minutes away. Scarborough Health Network Hospital, meanwhile, is just 2 minutes away, and the UofT Scarborough Campus is just down the road. These institutions are all so close by, coupled with a brand new school, and future expansions to the TTC in the area makes this area a singularly convenient place to own a home.
